The methodological manual “Parliamentarism in the Modern World” presents the goals and objectives of the course, as well as scientific literature related to the theoretical problems of Parliamentarism. The work examines the theoretical and conceptual foundations of Parliamentarism, presents existing approaches to the phenomenon of Parliamentarism in political science, and analyzes the prerequisites for the formation of Parliamentarism in the countries of Eastern Europe and the post-Soviet space.
