The purpose of this manual is to examine and evaluate the results of YSU's activities in various fields through a comprehensive set of accepted indicators. Key performance indicators (KPIs) for the six primary areas of YSU’s operations are presented for the last five years (2020-2025). These highlight YSU's achievements as well as areas requiring improvement, aiming to organize the university's future activities more purposefully and effectively, and to guide its development strategy.

It is addressed to the YSU structures involved in the management and planning processes of the university and its subdivisions.
