1998 - Holds Ph. D in the thesis on subject "Enterprise leader՚s respondibility for labour legislation breake" and earned scientific degree of candidate of law science.

1998 - The member of RA "Union of Lawyers"

1996 to present: Lecturer in the Faculty of Law on the course of "Labour Law of the Republic of Armenia"

2002 - Lecturer in the Faculty of Law on the specialized courses “Civil Service in Republic of Armenia" and “Supervision and control on the realization of labor law”.

1996 - Appointed the dean of Law Faculty of Yerevan "Grigor Zohrap" University.

2002 - 2005: The head of Public Science Department in Vanadzor Armenian- Russian International University.

2004 - 2005: Chief of staff in the Nor Norq Community of Yeravan.

2007 - 2008: Head of Legal Control department in the Chambar of Control of the Republic of Armenia. From May to December 2009 minister of Labor and social affaires of RoA.

The research work sphere includes the analysis of historical sources of labor law, regulation of public relationships, different issues on signing and terminating labor contracts, the employees՚ responsibilities, defending the employees՚ employment rights, discussions on employment disputes.
