In 1964 joined the faculty of law of YSU which graduated from in 1968.

In 1968 joined the post-graduate school of the Moscow All-Union Scientific Research Institute of the perfection of the legislation by the Ministry of Justice of the USSR by profession of theory of law and state.

In 1971 hired at the law faculty of the YSU.

Since 2003 has been the lecturer at the chair of the theory and history of law and state YSU.

The scope of scientific research includes the problems of the theory of law and state, philosophy and sociology of law and modern jurisprudence.
