Education:
In 1996 graduated from the YSU Law Department.
In 2001 graduated the YSU post-graduate studies in Civil Law, Trade Law and International Private Law, Family Law, Labour Law.
In 2005 upheld his candidate thesis in Yerevan State University on the theme: “Legal issues on realization of Bill of Exchange in International Transactions” and has been awarded the degree of Doctor of Law.

- Over 4 years experience in various legal, organizational and administrative fields as Scientific secretary of the YSU and Senior lecturer of the YSU Criminal Law Chair pluralistically.
- Experience in legal expertise of national legislation.
- Experience in various legal, organizational and administrative fields as a member of professional associations.
