Academic degree
In 1970 he defended a thesis for post-graduate degree with theme: “The constitutional basis of the competence of union republic.” and was awarded a scientific degree of the candidate of jurisprudence.
In 1987 in Moscow he defended a thesis for a doctor’s degree with theme: “ The legal mechanisms of realization of the competence of union republic in the field of governing” and was awarded a scientific degree of the doctor of jurisprudence.
