1958 - In Institute of the State and Law of Academy of Science of the USSR , he defended a thesis for post-graduate degree with theme: “The interrelation between the supreme bodies of the state authority and governing of USSR and union republics ”.

1991 - assistant director of a department of legislative initiatives Central Committee of Communist Party of Armenia.
01.09.91 - The assistant professor of the Constitutional and international law department of the Yerevan State University.
