On November 21, the presentation ceremony was attended by the NKR NA members of parliament, historians, students and others.

The idea to organize the presentation in Artsakh belonged to the author. He is sure the birth of the Third Republic of Armenia is impossible to imagine without the Karabakh Movement and the histories of the two Armenian states go in parallel.

The book was published by YSU Publishing House. For the first time an attempt was made to present scientifically the socio-political, socio-economic, cultural and other achievements, shortcomings and disadvantages of the two Armenian independent republics.

“It is a really very interesting book as most of the books about this period cover this or that phenomenon, but very few were able to analyze systematically the policy of the Third Republic of Armenia, and one of these few is Edik Minasyan,” - said the Chairman of the Commission on Educational and Scientific Affairs of the NKR National Assembly Armen Sargsyan.

The author noted this is the first attempt to present scientifically all spheres of social life of the two countries, focusing on both foreign and domestic policies. According to the author it is particularly important that the book was written by an eyewitness.

“Even Khorensatsi wrote history up to his days, and it makes it even more valuable. Especially valuable are the parts which the author has witnessed,” - said Mr. Minasyan.

Member of Parliament of the NKR Vahram Balayan also expressed his appreciation and highlighted the issue of translating the book, which will enable it to become available to the international community.
