The aim of the present study is to evaluate the efficiency of YSU activity with the help of the set of key performance indicators (KPIs). The KPIs for the 6 basic YSU activity areas for the last five years (2010-2015) are presented here. They highlight the YSU achievements and the spheres that need improvement with the aim to organise YSU further activities more purposefully and effectively and to direct the development strategy. It is addressed to those structures of YSU the activity of which is related to the management and planning of YSU and its subdivisions.
